I have had my domain for.... 15 years? registrar is Network solutions.
I've gone through 3 different hosting companies, currently using
Asmallorange. I have a very minimalist 10-year-old web site and 4 basic
email account- myself, my wife, my kids ( and I think they use either
yahoo or gmail most of the time anyway).
I get a bunch of emails every day, lists, ads... but I don't send THAT
much email out. To my knowledge noone has every hacked my account, and
I've never had anyone say I sent them anything bogus. I think it is more
the IP range from my host server..
