Shared data storage on one of the Linux machines and then all other
machines mount it?  This gets you over the SD hurdle by letting you use
extN on the SD card to be shared between the tablet and one of the Linux
machines.  The Windows and Macs can then just read from the Linux box.
For that matter share the SD card itself in a reader on the Linux box.
