[ale] Net Neutrality, Anyone?

The "last mile" providers should not also be backbone providers. Nor should
they be stakeholders in content providers.

Along those same lines, content providers should not be in cahoots with
backbone, last mile, or other delivery businesses (think Disney and it's
own distribution system).
