[ale] [ANNC] ALE-NW @ SPSU MTG. for Thurs., Feb 13, 7:30pm

Weather has cancelled the talk for  tomorrow, Feb 13 at ale-nw.

I am working to get a larger room with power outlets for ale-central on Feb
20.
The cancelled talk will be rescheduled possibly for Feb 27. JD is working
on that.
