Hmmm. I don't think that could be done in /etc/sysconfig/dhcpd. I suppose
that would mean editing /etc/init.d/dhcpd :-/

My current idea is to start a separate `tail -f | socat` process. But that
fail if the receiving end needs to be restarted.
