Please read the above  TechNet wiki regarding MS Services for Unix.

SFU_v_3.0 has several particular requirements.

One of which is the  requirement of mapping Windows GUIDs with local
Unix/Linux UIDs, with particular Windows applications.

Along with the required other Services depending on how your systems are
run.

As usual, Microsoft is different from Unix/Linux.
