[ale] CentOS repos

Avoid rpmforge. Their builds are not as well managed as epel and rpmfusion
. if a packages is only on rpmforge, update your box with centos, epel and
rpmfusion , grab the src.rpm from rpmforge and build it locally. Otherwise
you wind up in dependency hell after a few updates.
