[ale] OT Browser Issues with IE11

Brian,

I was not recommending changing browsers to a customer. Because of the 
timing of the first report I am aware of I suspect an update on March 
Patch Tuesday is responsible. What is interesting is no other users with 
other browsers are reporting problems including earlier versions of IE.
