[ale] Suse Questions please clear my confusion

Thank you. It helped. It lists the dependencies. But how can I tell SUSE
that

"ok you now know your dependencies, go and download them and install them
for me"

I am sure it involves adding the software.suse.org as a repo but please
guide me for the first few steps.

Regards,
-Narahari
