It mostly applies to servers, but if you've got Apache running (say if
you're doing web development on the desktop), Apache is upgraded from
2.2 to 2.4, which brings with some configuration changes.  You'll almost
certainly have to tweak virtual host configuration, especially if you
have virtual host directories residing outside of /var/www and /srv.
