[ale] Linux calendar server

On Android I use the exchange client to connect to the z-push server on my zarafa server for my main calendar and contacts.  For secondary calendars I use an app, caldav sync..  it works very well in my experience.

Thanks, that's exactly the same list I came across so at least I know
it's not just a hot air list.  :) I'll just keep reading deeper through
the sites and see which may work.  I've got to figure out which ones are
not too heavy but still work with appropriate clients on Android since
there isn't a native CalDAV client installed.
