Bitcoin is very, very much divisible.  You can pay amounts that are
very, very small in BTC, unlike fiat currency which is typically limited
to 1/100 of the major integral unit (e.g., the smallest spendable unit
in USD is a penny, though many services that are prepaid will charge far
less than that out of a bucket, such as VoIP providers).
