[ale] SIP or IAX2 providers?

Try voip.ms.  Wonderful service.  You can even setup a fully-functional
IVR and the like, queues, etc., and they'll take calls and send them to
you over PSTN if you want, as well.

As an example: the toll-free number in my signature block actually goes
through voip.ms.  It will first try to bring the call to me via IAX, but
if that fails, it will failover to sending the call to a landline in my
hunt group on the PSTN.
