[ale] [OT] A good place to by a used smart phone

This is right on for most transactions. However, it is a good idea to pick
a business that specializes in the product where applicable.

In this case, DO MEET AT T-MOBILE. So not hand over the money till T-Mobile
verifies the device.

Tomorrow I am buying a kayak off of Craig's List. I am meeting the guy at a
kayak store. I will have them check out the boat before I pay. Why would
they do that? Because I'm buy accessories for the boat at that store, and
they out value the boat by about 270%

Use your head and the fear should subside.
