[ale] [OT] A good place to by a used smart phone

I bought via CL.   Met the seller inside a Dunkin Donuts during rush hour.
 No problems with the transaction or phone.   I would never meet someone at
a private residence or parking lot in a sketchy area.

Glad to see Apple finally take an initiative with phone theft.    TMo's
stolen phone policy is:  "Thanks for two new sales, we appreciate your
business.  Oh sorry about your phone."
