[ale] OT - Latitude/Longitude Lookup

It would be bad practice to depend on a mechanism you don't control or 
pay for, but I think the data you want might be obtainable from the USPS 
(which we do pay for, as a public good).  I recall that they had 
coordinates associated with zip codes at the very least.
