If I'm in country, I'll do 5 minutes on Bodhi (Enlightenment + Ubuntu) 
which has now become my choice on 3 systems I use. The polish and 
useability on the latest version is awesome. The default file manager is a 
little weak (but pretty) but anything else you want to install works well.
It takes me about 10 clicks to make the system work the way I want from
a fresh install:  Windows focus (click to raise), make the mouse arrow 
bigger.. (I lose it easily), xrandr for dual screens....

I like the way the favorites menu is a right click away on any exposed 
desktop, or Ctrl-Alt-M for the menu. And the "iBar" is cute, but stays out 
of my way better than the similar bottom menu on a mac.

It's fast on older (but still nice) hardware and it just stays out of my 
way and lets me work.

Other than some screen shots/video's. That was my 5 min.
