[ale] selective DNS server for DHCP clients?

My 14 year old has install Fedora now about 5 times (and win7 once). He was
flabergasted when I set up so local-host only blocks that sent faceplant
and yourtube to a "STOP FARTING AROUND" web page. I eventually showed him
what I had done and he was even more interested.

Next stunt will be a cron job that shuts down the machine at bedtime and
won't start until after school or special keycode entered.
