$3 of heavy duty aluminium foil will stop that intrusion :-) Wallpaper the
side of the wall facing the friends house with the foil near the source. Or
put up a trellis for climbing roses that includes some copper screen :-)

Or route kiddies through squid and send reports to dad! Maybe a few "nasty
site" entries get added by mistake....
