[ale] Kickstart on Citrix Xen

there was a point in time where the kickstart file HAD to be called ks.cfg.
renaming it and calling by the new name always failed.

so try: ks=http://IPADDRESS/ks.cfg ksdevice=eth0
just to dodge any DNS issues as well.
