Chris,
I'm sorry to hear that you had problems with the ROKU.  I have one of the 
newer ones and it has worked well.  It has hiccupped only once since 
Christmas and a momentary power disconnect solved the problem.  I stream 
Amazon, Hulu Plus (currently pissed at the ads inserted in old videos!), 
PBS, among others. The motion sensing remote works fairly well with Angry 
Birds.  I have it hard-wired into the router and use a HDMI cable to the 
TV.
