[ale] Moving my Wife/Kids phones into the 20th Century

I've been on a prepaid plan with T-Mobile for a year or so and use a
Samsung S2.   The only downside to going prepaid is that T-Mobile took away
my ability to use voicemail forwarding.   As of a few months ago, none of
the major carriers allow voicemail forwarding with prepaid plans.
