[ale] VPS hosting recommendations?

I very much dig Linode[1]. The packages can be a bit tight in terms of
resources, but the support is great. I've been using them for 3 years,
now. About a month ago I had my first "problem" and I didn't even know
about it. The host I was on started having a hardware failure, they
created a support ticket for my account and updated it whilst they
figured out the problem and fixed it. I didn't have to contact them
about the problem; I learned about the problem from the automatic
emails via the support ticket.

However, they recently dropped OpenSUSE support/removed the OpenSUSE install images. I contacted them about adding them back, and they are not willing to. I will hold onto my account, since the price is so low and they still support Arch.
