[ale] OT: To catch a thief

I have a camera on the front of the garage as of a couple weeks ago but I
don't know all the kids in the neighborhood.

 I'd like though to be able to track the device to the house, knock on the
door (with a cop next to me) and ask for Mom/Dad and explain the kid has my
radio.  Just a picture of them in the vehicle might not go far, having
proof they have the device in their possession would go much farther if I
have to go legal.
