[ale] OT: State of Georgia Groupwise server issues

Actually, it's not an administrator session. Probably just the address book view.
She can only affect her own personal address books.
If she's not in the office and can access mail on her pc, it may just be in caching mode.
There's zero way that admin functions can be done from a client. It requires an entirely different piece of software that as to have direct file access to the database.
The desktop app can be logged out of at any time, if you know how to do it.
In the office, she probably doesn't have to login to mail because it's configured to single sign-on with the network login, which is a configurable option.

Since my OP she is able to access her account without logging in using
the desktop app which they have been told to only use when and if they
are physically in the office. There isn't any option to log out and
she stays logged in as a result. Everybody else from the office has to
log in no matter how they exit. also, I was poking around and all of a
sudden her tool bar icons had changed to more of an administrator's
session. It had an option to delete users or remove users and groups.
