[ale] OT - outdated Flash plugin for PPC

There's a point where a hardware upgrade is the only solution.
That said, websites should not prevent access but should always send it
anyway.
See if tools like downloadhelper will pull down the flash vid anyway and
convert to other format with ffmpeg.
