No, don't.

ConsoleKit is a part of the way that permissions and such are handled,
working alongside things like PolicyKit.  See
http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/ConsoleKit/ for more information.

What you're seeing there, by the way, isn't a bunch of processes (even
though it looks that way); it's a single, massively multithreaded
process.  And after killing it you should see it restart.  Additionally,
unless the things are actually using CPU (e.g., at the top of the list)
they should not be impacting anything more than a little bit of memory
usage in the process/thread tables in the kernel itself.
