That reminds me that ConTeXt, which, like LaTeX, is a macropackage for
TeX, has chemistry document support as well.

I haven't used PPCHTeX, though.  ConTeXt is amazingly powerful and
severely underappreciated.  ConTeXt can be daunting to learn to use.
