I am not a practicing tax attorney or accountant, but I know a *whole
lot* about how this works, DAMHIKT

You cannot demand a printed copy. IRS rules are the employer is
obligated to mail W2's (to the address provided by you on your most
recent W4), by the deadline of January 31. (astute companies will file
a waver). (I've seen companies run giant stack of envelopes through
the company postage machine on January 31, and then set them aside)

If they do not, you can make a complaint to the IRS, and the IRS will
send an angry letter to the employer telling them how angry they are.

Your only course of action if the company does not comply with the
rules it to deal with the IRS about it.

Your best shot is to figure out how to get that PDF from inside IE
even if you have to do it on a windows machine.

(as a side note, you are not required to attach a W2 to your tax
return if you cannot obtain one after exercising *reasonable* efforts.
Add a *nice* explanation to your tax return, and be as accurate as you
can with the numbers)
