[ale] Linux install breaking windows?

Linux runs, Windows broke?  I dunno, I'd count this as a 100%
success! :-)

RE Mounting NTFS: is ntfs-3g installed?  If so, from a shell I can just
do:

sudo mount /dev/sda2 /media/ntfs

and I'm done.  s/sda2/<your-device>/
