Hi Terry,

Well, dang it!  Sorry I gave some disinformation.  Last year, they 
didn't care if you had a prior degree.  They changed all the rules.  I 
guess people in the middle of a career transition that need some 
inexpensive retraining are now out of luck.  Thanks for letting me know.
