"A few weeks back" they (Pet Supermarket) were already closed. October
20 was 4 weeks ago when the judge shut'm down. This had to have gotten
real serious a lot sooner than that if Melton's had already hired an
attorney and filed the necessary paperwork and gone to court to get this
injunction at that point. That would be on top of the investigation by
the landlord and their pest control and on top of any mitigation efforts
on the part of Pet Supermarket and on top of any initial efforts on the
part of Melton's before realizing the severity of the problem that was
developing.

Concur. I'll certainly be there. Said to say, there are too many
places who would not have taken this voluntary measure in the face of
this disaster.
