[ale] Melton's Is Closed (for now)

I'm definitely with David on this one. Health code standards are really not
that high.

FYI: I live in L5P, and the Porter is usually quite crowded on Thursdays
and it's a pretty expensive spot. Also, parking is an issue around these
parts.
There are 2 other bars with decent beers within spitting distance though,
the brewhouse (big sports bar, lots of space, ok food, has parking), and
corner tavern (huge room, never tried the food, beers are a little pricey
but they have a ton of choices).
