[ale] GRUB2 graphics

Try looking in /etc/default/grub to see if there is a useful option.
That's where I put the vga=792 kernel option on Debian 6 (deprecated,
I know. But the new option causes the initrd image to not load). Then
you would do 'update-grub2' to update the config. I also do a
'grub-install' after that, but I don't know if that is necessary.
