[ale] thinking about trying new linux distro on my netbook, any suggestions?

check out some tiny distros like puppy. Most of the mainstream distros
have a netbook version now. As I have the first gen Aspire One, the
hardware is a bit strange. Most of the netbook distro's I've thrown at
it were flaky in places. The latest version have all "JustWorked" for
the ones I've tried. There's a netbook respin of Fedora that works
pretty well. But I do like the puppy install a lot. Damn Small Linux
is also really capable.
