[ale] [OT] SSH client for iPad

I'm a Panic fan, so my recommendation is Prompt. That being said, if
you want more than just SSH, like VNC and X forwarding, then iSSH is
for you. I haven't used iSSH, but I dig Prompt very much.

One caveat, Prompt's support for screen can be a bit wonky. Panic
listens, though, and are working to improve it.
