[ale] Nortel sells 4.5B worth of patents. This can't be good.

If I had to guess, the goal here is to sue Android out of existence. Is
it good for a market when giants like these can team up to crush a
competitor? Crushing them with a more innovative product is one thing
but crushing them with a more advantageous monopoly position is quite
another.
