I did look at it and other "NAS/cloud" type offerings.  But they
aren't a backup software/service.  They aren't a direct competitor to
Mozy.  So it wasn't a really a good match to be in the comparison.
Nothing against the service.

the problem is I don't have access to computer.  For instance my aunt
Sharon (one of my mom's sisters), I have to walk her through
installing, configuring, etc the software.  With Mozy it was easy.
click on the link in my email. drag the icon over to the applications
folder, double click the icon.  put in this email address and
password.  done.  that is "mom friendly".  more complicated and I am
purchasing airline tickets.  Another example is when my mom deleted
Mozy off her laptop while I was in the UK (like in England, across the
ocean) and I had to help her over a bad cellphone connection reinstall
and reconfigure the backups.  Mozy was easy enough that I could walk
her through it.  I was ready for a "pint" afterwords but I was able to
help her.

if the computer that you want to do it on, sits in the same house as
you then have more freedoms on what you choose.
