	Yes, most of the key servers all flood to one another; however, the
older key servers were notorious for corrupting keys with multiple
subkeys. For that reason I'd long since moved away from them. I did just
look and it would appear that the pgp.net key servers are now using SKS
1.1.0 while sks-keyservers.net is using 1.0.10. I'd have to see if
there's any major differences that I'm not aware of.
