[ale] Hello World - in C# - in Mono - in Ubuntu is done

I really learned a lot from Eric Raymond's "The Art of UNIX Programming".  Note that I am not a programmer, but I certainly gathered a lot of information that I wouldn't normally have learned by a straight programming book that was geared directly toward syntax/method.  

I'm grateful it was the first thing I ever looked at from a programming perspective.
