[ale] Does anyone have G4 Tower?

You should be fine. The only things that wouldn't transfer across are binary files, like kerberos stash files. Most system config will copy fine, they are only text files. Bind configs are platform independent.

Thanks for the offer, I was looking for something to get be back up
real quick. If my install intel base I take you up on it, since it
PPC. I think I will have to bite the bullet and build a virt hope my
configs work with intel base.

Have you tried SUSE Studio? Need to create a Live CD,  an app you want
to package and distribute , or create your own linux distro. Give SUSE
Studio a try. www.susestudio.com.
