Back in the days when all the printers were configured in inttab (actual
AT&T SVR3 on AT&T hardware) I was troubleshooting a printer for a remote
site and updated the entry so meant to hit "init q" to make it reread
the inittab.   I accidentally hit "init 0" so the site rebooted.   When
I told my boss I'd inadvertently taken down one of our customer sites
she asked "did it fix the problem" and after I told her it did she just
laughed about it.

AT&T Unix Sys V.. 
uadmin was like telinit..
say telinit 0 NOW.
