Parking for J building - I see next to Q building in front of J on map
is a parking deck - is that the closest/best parking or is there a
better place?

Sounds like a good first meeting to me.

Unless you plan on doing all the presentations, I suggest you drop the 
voting process and simply work diligently to find presenters.  Based on 
previous experiences with ALE NW, this will be a challenge.
