[ale] LUG at GT Meeting - 2010.10.06 - Video Encoding

Same thing is happening at LSU.  They're closing the center of the campus (there's a huge ring around the middle of the quad-area that is now completely closed off) and forcing in their "master plan" for it to become an all-walking campus.

For a campus that's a couple miles from end-to-end, that's a little odd to me.
