Had to read all the way to the bottom to figure out why the language was not
making sense:

"*Ben Lieberman is senior analyst of energy and environmental policy in The
Heritage Foundation's Roe Institute."*

I'll tingly at $10/gal tax on gas. I'll get positively "orgasmically
glowing" if the extra revenues are used to build a _working_ transportation
system that doesn't aggravate my breathing every summer. I'm sick of
warnings about the air being so polluted from (mostly) car exhaust that its
not safe for children and elderly to breath.
