[ale] LTC LUG NUTs wants to become a Satellite group of ALE

My church does live streaming video out to the Internet of their 11am
service (Northpoint Church (or Mega-church if you prefer)).

I don't know what tools they use, but surely if a Church can do it, we can!

(Admittedly, they are a pretty high tech church with lots of funds to
work with.)
