We should be able to, but imho getting along also covers posting style
and mailinglist etiquette.

If you go into a restaurant and someone farts, are you all "getting
along"?  Old people can inadvertently fart, just like Neal's MUA
inadvertently changed the msgid and subject, but it's still a fart.
