I know someone that is meeting with the head of the Atlanta FD on Jan
12 about something unrelated.

I've asked him to ask about the idea.  My hope is just that he would
point us to someone lower to talk to.

But my guess is we will need to find a smaller FD to work with.  Even
Cobb or Gwinnett seem more likely than Atlanta to me.
