[ale] Multi-Channel Whole House Audio

speaker-test

CLI app that will play wav files to not only specific cards but also
specific channels.

I used it yesterday to test my setup.  My only complaint is that it will
not generate a tone lower than 50hz.  If I specify 25hz it will still
generate 50hz.
