[ale] Dynamic DNS

I use cjb.net. It's free, and all you need to do to update your DDNS
entry is hit their webserver from some machine behind your firewall.
I've got a cron job on a Linux box that just wgets cjb.com on the
top of every hour.  They supply an updater script for Linux, but
that's basically all it does.
